I'm a mostly-vegan, running, horseback-riding, bread-baking MD/PhD student living in Manhattan, but dreaming of living on a horse farm with a large vegetable garden. Like many other food-enthusiasts, I started my own sourdough starter to make naturally leavened bread with the extra time I have on my hands during the COVID-19 crisis. I'm starting this blog to document the best breads, sourdough discard recipes, and accompanying plant-based recipes I make during this time and beyond.
